Job summary

Ausenco offers a structured New Professionals program designed for graduates entering the resource sector with an engineering degree. You will gain hands-on experience, participate in rotations across core and non-core areas including Business Development and Health & Safety, and work on site-based assignments to accelerate learning.

• Graduating in 2027 with full-time start from January 2028.
• Engineering exposure is advantageous but not essential.
• Must have full Australian working rights.

About You

• Qualifications:Hold an Engineering bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical or equivalent.
• Status:You will be graduating in 2027, with the ability to work full time starting from January 2028.
• Engineering Exposure: While previous industry exposure to engineering is advantageous, it is not essential.
• Eligibility: You must have full Australian working rights to be eligible for this position.
