Job summary

Avina is recruiting for a Speech Pathologist Graduate to join our 12-month program across regional NSW. You’ll begin with a structured 9-week onboarding and a gradual ramp-up of caseload, under regular supervision and peer support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology completed or nearing completion.
• Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility.
• Interest in community, disability and person-centred practice.
• Curiosity, initiative, willingness to learn and openness to feedback.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Speech Pathology services across community, clinic, home and school environments.
• Take on greater ownership of a real caseload as capability grows.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team and collaborate with colleagues to support clients.
