Job summary

Avina, a national allied health and behaviour support organisation, invites graduates for its 12-month Speech Pathologist Graduate Program in New South Wales. You’ll start with a structured 9-week onboarding, shadowing with experienced clinicians, and regular clinical supervision to build confidence and clinical identity.

You’ll work across community and clinic settings, with opportunities in Western Sydney, Inner Sydney, Wollongong and beyond, developing skills in speech and language

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology completed or nearing completion.
• Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility.
• Interest in community, disability and person-centred practice.
• Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Speech Pathology services across community, clinic, home and school environments.
• As capability grows, take on greater ownership of a real caseload.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support client goals.
