Job summary

Avina is offering a 12-month Graduate Program for Speech Pathologists in Queensland. You’ll begin with a structured 9-week onboarding and a gradual caseload ramp-up, with regular supervision from senior clinicians.

You’ll work across community and clinic settings, develop skills in speech, social communication and AAC, and engage in multidisciplinary learning, case consultation and feedback to build confidence and clinical identity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology completed or nearing completion.
• Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility.
• Interest in community, disability and person-centred practice.
• Curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Speech Pathology services across community, clinic, home and school environments.
• Caseload will build gradually as skills and confidence develop with ongoing clinical support.
