Real Therapy Solutions is recruiting graduates for its 2027 Speech Pathology Graduate Program. The 12-month structured program starts with intensive induction and a reduced caseload to build confidence and clinical reasoning.

You’ll be supported by experienced clinicians, mentors, and a connected graduate community, with ongoing learning and regular team events across Wollongong, Bella Vista, Campbelltown and Penrith.

Qualifications

• SPA-registered or eligible upon graduation.
• Soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologist.
• Must have a driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Empathetic, curious, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month structured Graduate Program with induction.
• Work with experienced clinicians and observe across multiple disciplines.
• Develop clinical reasoning and confidence to progressively manage a caseload.
