Job summary

Real Therapy Solutions is recruiting graduates for its 2027 Speech Pathology Graduate Program. The 12-month structured program starts with intensive induction and a reduced caseload to build confidence and clinical reasoning.

You’ll be supported by experienced clinicians, mentors, and a connected graduate community, with ongoing learning and regular team events across Wollongong, Bella Vista, Campbelltown and Penrith.

Qualifications

• SPA-registered or eligible upon graduation.
• Soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologist.
• Must have a driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Empathetic, curious, and eager to learn.

Job Description

What makes our Graduate Program different?

Our 12-month structured Graduate Program begins with 12 weeks of intensive induction training, giving you a strong foundation before you're expected to work independently.

We deliberately ease you into clinical practice with a reduced caseload for your first four months, so you can focus on learning, developing your clinical reasoning, and building confidence.

• Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision for your first six months then fortnightly
• Monthly coaching sessions with clinic mentors
• A dedicated buddy throughout the entire program
• Consistent professional development opportunities to keep your learning moving forward
• Regular catch-ups and social events with fellow graduates
• Plenty of regular opportunities to observe clinicians across multiple disciplines
• Access to a MedHealth Academy for endless learning opportunities and PD
• Diverse caseload supporting clients across the lifespan
