Job summary

Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, offers a 12-month structured Graduate Program designed to support new graduates as they transition to clinical practice. The program starts with intensive induction, then gradually increases responsibility while you learn under supervision and mentors.

You will have weekly 1:1 supervision, monthly coaching, a dedicated buddy, and access to the MedHealth Academy for ongoing professional development, with social and learning events throughout

Qualifications

• Soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologist
• SPA-registered or eligible upon graduation
• Licensed driver with own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Begin with a 12-month structured Graduate Program with 12 weeks of intensive induction.
• Deliberately ease into clinical practice with a reduced caseload for the first four months to build confidence and learning.
• Participate in weekly 1:1 supervision, monthly coaching, and cross-disciplinary observation; access MedHealth Academy for ongoing PD.
