Job summary

Avina's 12-month Graduate Program offers structured onboarding and mentored practice for Speech Pathologists in NSW. You’ll work across community, clinic and school settings, with MDT collaboration and robust supervision.

In your first year you’ll develop clinical identity, build confidence and gain exposure to AAC, swallowing, and communication supports, while meeting NDIS requirements and contributing to person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology completed or nearing completion.
• Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility is desirable.
• Interest in community, disability and person-centred practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-informed Speech Pathology services across community, clinic, home and school environments.
• Take on growing caseload and provide safe, thoughtful care with clinical feedback and supervision.
