HammondCare invites applications for new graduate Registered Nurses on a 12-month full-time contract starting March 2027. Positions available at Macquarie Park, Neringah or Braeside hospitals, with rotations through Rehab, Palliative Care and Older Peoples Mental Health.

We seek graduates eligible to register with AHPRA, with strong communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to quality and safety aligned with HammondCare Mission in Action.

Qualifications

• Eligible to register with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Clinical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Understanding of professional, ethical and legal requirements.
• Commitment to quality and safety improvement and HammondCare Mission in Action.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Rehab, Palliative Care and Older Peoples Mental Health across Macquarie Park, Neringah and Braeside sites.
• Contribute as a team member to safe, effective and quality patient care.
• Support the HammondCare Mission in Action in daily practice and activities.
