This fixed-term, part-time role supports newly qualified nurses to develop clinical skills and confidence to practice safely as beginner practitioners within a supportive regional setting.

The program focuses on professional practice, critical thinking, care delivery and person-centred care across clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing completed in 2025.
• Registration with AHPRA is required.
