Job summary

Kerang District Health in Victoria invites applications for a 6-month Enrolled Nurse graduate program. A minimum of 24 hours per week, with excellent opportunities for ongoing employment upon successful completion, and access to a dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator.

The program includes an orientation, graduate study days, supernumerary time, and support from educator and preceptors. You will gain Acute and Aged Care experience and participate in regular in-service and debrief sessions.

Qualifications

• Current registration or eligibility as Enrolled Nurse (Diploma of Nursing) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Evidence of commitment to values-based organisation and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 6-month graduate program with a minimum of 24 hours per week.
• Engage in comprehensive orientation, graduate study days, and supernumerary time in the clinical area.
• Receive educator and preceptor support including two professional development days.
