Job summary

Moyne Health Services in Port Fairy is inviting applications for a Graduate Registered Nurse to join our Residential Aged Care team on a 12‑month fixed term, part-time basis (32 hours per week).

As a Graduate RN, you will provide safe, person-centred nursing care under the guidance of the multidisciplinary team, developing clinical competence and expanding knowledge in line with NMBA/AHPRA standards, with support and feedback as required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Knowledge of ANMC competency standards and Codes of Practice.

About the Role

As a Graduate Registered Nurse @ MHS, your main objective is to provide safe, person-centred, evidence-informed nursing care under the guidance and support of the multidisciplinary team, ensuring care is delivered in accordance with professional, organisational, legal and ethical standards.

As a Graduate Registered Nurse, you will actively engage in the transition from novice to reflective practitioner by developing clinical competence, expanding professional knowledge and skills within the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and AHPRA standards, and seeking support, supervision and feedback when required.

You will take responsibility for practising within your own scope, recognising limitations, and contributing positively to quality care outcomes for individuals, families and carers.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing
