Are you a Graduate Nurse ready to start your nursing career in a supportive and rewarding environment?

NCCCA is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Registered Nurse to join our Graduate Nurse Program and build their skills in residential aged care.

About the Role:

As a Graduate Registered Nurse, you'll gain hands-on experience across our two residential aged care homes, caring for 139 residents while being supported every step of the way. You will receive:

• Structured orientation and buddy shifts
• Mentoring from our Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Educator and experienced RNs
• A fulltime, permanent position
• Access to the ACCPA Transition to Practice Program
• Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities

What We Offer:

• Fulltime Permanent employment
• $53.29 - $60.55 per hour (dependent on experience)

About You:

To be successful, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• National Criminal History Check suitable for aged care (less than 6 months old)
• Availability to work across all shifts on a rotating roster
