Job summary

GenesisCare is seeking Graduate Radiation Therapists to join our Western Australia teams. You will work alongside experienced clinicians and multidisciplinary teams, with structured graduate support, mentoring and opportunities to build clinical confidence.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with modern radiotherapy techniques and leading technology, while delivering patient-centered care and developing skills toward a long-term career in Radiation Oncology.

Qualifications

• Completing or recently completed Bachelor of Radiation Therapy or equivalent.
• AHPRA registration as a Radiation Therapist or eligibility.
• WA Radiation Use Licence requirements or eligibility.
• Passion for delivering patient-centred care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team.
• Curious, motivated and eager to continue learning.
• Long-term career in Radiation Oncology across GenesisCare WA network.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality radiation therapy treatment and pre-treatment with supervision.
• Support patients through their treatment journey with empathy and professionalism.
• Develop technical and clinical skills across modern radiotherapy techniques and technology.
• Build confidence in a supportive clinical environment.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Complete required clinical documentation and administration accurately and efficiently.
