Job summary

GenesisCare in Western Australia is inviting graduates to join our radiation therapy teams across the WA network. You will work with experienced clinicians, receive structured graduate support, mentoring and opportunities to build clinical confidence from day one.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with modern radiotherapy techniques and leading technology, while supporting patients through one of the most important and challenging times in their lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Radiation Therapy or equivalent qualification.
• AHPRA registration as a Radiation Therapist (eligible to obtain).
• WA Radiation Use Licence requirements (eligible to obtain).
• Patient-centred care and strong communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality radiation therapy treatment and pre-treatment with experienced clinicians.
• Support patients throughout their treatment journey with empathy and professionalism.
• Develop technical and clinical skills across modern radiotherapy techniques and technology.
• Build confidence and capability in a collaborative clinical environment.
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of patient care, safety and centre operations.

We’re Interested In Hearing From People Who

• Are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor of Radiation Therapy or equivalent qualification
• Hold, or are eligible to obtain, AHPRA registration as a Radiation Therapist
• Hold, or are eligible to obtain, the relevant WA Radiation Use Licence requirements
• Are passionate about delivering patient‑centred care
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
