Blacktown City Council invites applications for a Graduate Project Management program starting mid-February 2027. You will rotate across Council projects delivering community facilities, public spaces, infrastructure and services for a growing city.

You will assist with planning, research issues, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate meetings, maintain documentation and support procurement. The program offers a structured path into project governance and stakeholder engagement, with

Qualifications

Recent graduate with a degree in Construction Project Management or a related field.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to participate in structured rotations and project governance.

Responsabilités

Assist with project planning and research project issues.
Prepare reports and presentations, coordinate meetings and workshops.
Maintain project documentation and support procurement activities.
Track project actions, monitor progress against timeframes.
Collaborate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
