Job summary

Enable Project Solutions is seeking an early-in-career Project Manager to grow into a senior delivery role. You will support delivery across civil, accommodation, water and utilities scopes on remote projects around Australia, in a small, senior-led team.

You will learn project controls, procurement and contract administration directly from directors with site experience and contribute to business development as capability grows, including client relationships and proposals.

Qualifications

• Early career, ideally with 5 years of experience in a trade or project management construction background in Australia.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Understanding of contract administration and scheduling.
• Genuine interest in growing into a senior PM role, including a business development mindset.
