Job summary

RTX (Raytheon Australia) seeks graduates or early career engineers for a Product Support Engineering program. You will explore the full lifecycle of complex systems, from understanding user requirements through sustainment and continuous improvement, while developing a specialist career path.

You will rotate through disciplines, be mentored by experienced engineers, and have opportunities across Air, Sea and Land programs with travel within Australia.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Aerospace or related field.
• Curious mindset and questioning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Graduate program with training in system design, reliability and lifecycle management.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary engineering projects across defence and commercial domains.
• Support across multiple programs in Air, Sea and Land domains.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Travel within Australia for integration, test and evaluation events.
