Job summary

Luxury Escapes is launching its 2027 Graduate Program for a Product Designer in Sydney's CBD. You will shape how travellers discover, plan and book experiences, bridging research, interaction design and visual design with mentorship from senior designers and product managers.

Ideal candidates graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a degree in Design, UX, Product Design or related disciplines. You will join a collaborative, award‑winning team and receive a base salary plus super, plus benefits such as

Qualifications

Graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a degree in Design, UX, Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Digital Design, Visual Communication or Service Design.
STEM degrees are viewed positively.

Responsibilities

Design Experiences That Matter: contribute to how travellers discover, plan and book experiences.
Build Your Design Toolkit: research, journey mapping, interaction design, prototyping, visual design, usability testing.
