Job summary

Luxury Escapes is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support the Growth team and deliver on an ambitious roadmap. This in-person role is based in the Barangaroo office, Sydney, Australia, requiring daily collaboration with commercial, marketing, and engineering partners.

You will own product strategy for a growth-centric vertical, translating complex data into actionable requirements and driving outcomes through cross-functional execution.

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for managed products.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from problem identification to delivery and optimization.
• Set, measure and improve success metrics for product performance.

Job Description

About You

• You're excited by customer problems and motivated by impact, outcomes, and learning
• You enjoy working closely with commercial, marketing, and engineering partners to unlockopportunities
• You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, testing hypotheses, and iterating quickly to find what works.
• Experience building AI products including creating evals, managing context and latency vs accuracy tradeoffs would be beneficial

Your Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development of a product vertical withinthe LE Ecosystem, working closely with the rest of the business to deliver the best travel platform worldwide.
• Translate complex financial and data concepts into clear technical requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, commercial, finance and other teams in order to execute upon goals
• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem selection and statement to delivery and optimisation
• Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.

Qualifications

Your Background

• Strong academic record, while technical skills are a plus, there is no requirement to come from a computer science background
• A demonstrated interest in startups, building businesses or entrepreneurship
• Problem-solver who’s willing to roll up your sleeves and find the right solution
• Experience communicating with management as well as engineering and design
• SQL experience, including the ability to write and execute queries is beneficial
• Passionate about building products that customers love and a customer-first mindset
• Basic understanding of statistics to interpret and make decisions from A/B test results
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly analytical and have a bias for action.
