Thales Australia offers an 18-month Graduate Program starting February 2027, featuring on-the-job training, mentoring, project work and structured modules to develop you across high-tech disciplines.

You will join our Underwater Systems team supporting the Royal Australian Navy, gaining exposure to state-of-the-art sonar and undersea combat systems while working within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Materials Engineering and/or Ceramics Engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership through previous roles, internships or university activities.
• Desire to work in a diverse team and contribute to a common goal.

Responsabilités

• Define and develop manufacturing processes.
• Implement new methods, tools and equipment to support and improve processes.
• Support operations in improvement activities and product support.
• Work with project managers and development engineers to deliver projects.
