Job summary

BESIX Watpac in Brisbane is seeking an Undergraduate / Graduate Planner to assist in planning, organizing and implementing construction programs for tender and field projects, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality outputs.

You will participate in the BESIX Watpac Graduate and Early Career Development Program, designed to develop technical knowledge within an on‑the‑job environment and to foster business and leadership skills through workshops, networking and social events.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently completed a university-level degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook; ability and willingness to learn new software as required.
• Strong professionalism and work ethic; reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Support the transition of tender schedules into project delivery programs for awarded projects.
• Maintain and update project programs with accuracy and alignment to requirements.
• Monitor project progress and assist with status reports.
