People X Design in Sydney is seeking an experienced Graduate of Architecture to mid-level Registered Architect with a passion for high-end residential projects in NSW. You will bring a strong eye for detail and the ability to translate design concepts into buildable outcomes using Revit.

Qualifications

• 4+ years local experience on high-end residential projects in NSW.
• Excellent Revit proficiency with ability to hit the ground running.

• Excellent technical documentation skills and ability to translate design into buildable architecture.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine design through to documentation stages.

Are you an experienced Graduate of Architecture/Architect with a passion for high-end Architecture? Do you have strong Revit skills, a great eye for detail and the technical ability to turn design concepts into beautifully resolved architecture?

Our client is looking for someone who brings together design sensibility, technical strength and hand-on experience in the NSW high-end residential market.

This is an opportunity to join a design-focused practice where quality matters, from the initial design thinking through to the finer details of documentation and delivery.

What we're looking for

We're open to hearing from experienced Graduates of Architecture through to mid-level Registered Architects for this role. More important than your title is the quality of your work, your technical capability and your experience with high-end projects in NSW.

You'll ideally bring:

• A minimum 4 years local experience working on high-end residential projects in NSW.
• Exceptional Revit proficiency, with the ability to hit the ground running.
• Strong architectural design skills and an understanding of proportion, materiality and detailing.
• Excellent technical documentation skills, with a sound understanding of how design translates into buildable architecture.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly and contribute positively to a studio environment.
• A proactive approach, a willingness to take ownership and a genuine passion for architecture.
