Job summary

Early Start Australia Pty in Strathpine is launching a 12-month graduate program designed to take you from student to thriving therapist. You will receive structured induction, clinical skills training, a dedicated buddy, weekly supervision and ongoing support from a multidisciplinary team to grow with confidence.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Registration with the appropriate bodies (AHPRA) is required.
• Current first aid and CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and manage a varied caseload in a client-centred approach.
• Design, implement and monitor individualised therapy programs.
• Deliver therapy across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and allied health professionals to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain documentation, reviews and reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure plans align with funding requirements and invoicing processes.
