Job summary
Early Start Australia in Toowoomba welcomes a graduate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive, multidisciplinary team providing services in clinics, client homes and schools.
You will have a dedicated buddy, 1-on-1 mentoring with a senior clinician, structured onboarding and fortnightly training to boost your clinical skills.
The Graduate Program offers CPD hours, extended leave options, parental leave, and time allocated for therapy support to help you grow.
Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and eligibility for AHPRA registration upon graduating
- Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in early 2026
- Full valid driver's license with access to your own vehicle
- Working with Children Check, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid and CPR—willing to obtain
Responsibilities
- Help children achieve development milestones (fine motor, school tasks, play).
- Educate and involve parents and carers to support development and learning.
- Assist children with daily tasks and routines to promote independence.
- Support positive behaviours across environments through collaborative strategies.
