Job summary

Early Start Australia Pty invites graduates to join its 12-month Occupational Therapy Graduate Program in Maroochydore. You will be supported with structured induction, clinical skills training, a buddy, and weekly supervision as you progress from student to independent clinician.

You will deliver therapy across clinic, home, school and community settings, including group programs and parent workshops, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Membership/registration with AHPRA or equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable People Registration (state specific).
• NDIS worker screening check & Police Check.
• Accredited first aid and CPR certificate.
• Current Driver’s License and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and manage a varied caseload across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Design and implement individualised therapy programs aligned with client goals.
• Deliver therapy services including group programs and parent workshops.
• Collaborate with clients, families, allied health professionals and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, complete reviews and reports, and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and high-quality stakeholder communications.
• Ensure therapy plans align with funding requirements and accurate service invoicing.
