Job summary

Early Start Australia is offering a 12-month Graduate Program for newly qualified Occupational Therapists. You will join a close-knit allied health team, receive dedicated supervision, mentoring and training to grow as a confident clinician while supporting children and families.

You’ll work across clinic, home, school and community settings, with opportunities to lead sessions as you ramp up and manage your own caseload under supervision.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration
• Strong communication and documentation skills required
• Ability to work across clinic, home, school and community settings

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and manage a varied caseload for children and families
• Design and deliver client-centred therapy programs
• Monitor progress, adjust plans and document outcomes
• Collaborate with families, schools and other health professionals
• Maintain compliant records and support funding requirements (NDIS)
