Glencore’s Murrin Murrin Operations in Western Australia is offering a graduate mining engineering program. FIFO 8/6 roster, exposure to planning, drill and blast optimisation, and production engineering within a major nickel and cobalt operation.

The program commences in February 2027, with graduates working alongside experienced professionals to deliver safe and efficient mining outcomes in a remote FIFO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mining (or Civil) is required or considered prior to commencement.
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to safe operations.
• Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn in a dynamic operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mine planning and scheduling activities.
• Support drill and blast optimisation and production engineering tasks.
• Contribute to safe, efficient and reliable mining outcomes with technical services teams.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to support continuous improvement at the operation.
