Qualifications

• Recent completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to relocate to a regional mine site following the Brisbane office development period.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management and optimisation of mobile mining equipment performance and reliability.
• Support maintenance planning and scheduling activities.
• Participate in asset management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyse equipment performance data and maintenance trends.
• Assist with defect investigations and root cause analysis.
• Support project work relating to fleet improvements and maintenance strategies.
• Work closely with maintenance supervisors, planners, tradespeople and operational personnel.
• Contribute to safe work practices and Golding's strong safety culture.
