Job summary

Webuild S.p.A., in collaboration with FGJV, invites applications for a Legal Graduate to support contract administration, procurement, and legal drafting on the Snowy 2.0 project in NSW. You will assist the Project Legal Counsel with contract templates, reviews, notices, and documentation while navigating compliance, governance and risk in a large-scale construction program.

Ideal candidates have a law degree, NSW practicing certificate eligibility, strong written communication, and the ability

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in law and eligibility to hold a practising certificate in NSW (preferred).
• White Card.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Legal Counsel with legal related tasks.
• Assist with reviewing procurement contracts and related correspondence.
• Assist with developing and maintaining contract templates and letter templates and update the register for templates.
• Handling office tasks and administrative duties, such as photocopying and scanning.
• Working collaboratively with all stakeholders, providing support on relevant contract administration matters.
• Assist the Project Legal Counsel with any disputes or SOPA claims with subcontractor or the Client.
• Manage files and documentation effectively.
• Assist the Project Legal Counsel in the preparation of notices and formal contract documentation.
• Maintain a bank guarantee register.
• Assist the Project Legal Counsel with organising and preparing for internal training sessions.
• Prepare overview and quick reference guides to upstream and downstream contract terms.
