Job summary

The Future Generation Joint Venture, based in NSW, seeks a Contracts Administration professional to support the E&M Subcontract Lead on Snowy 2.0. You will manage subcontract progress payments, variations and final accounts, and advise on contractual issues across client, subcontractors and suppliers.

Your experience includes major infrastructure projects, strong knowledge of contract and financial management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• White Card and mechanical eng qualification or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial governance on major infra projects.
• Minimum 5 years in E&M contracts administration.
• Strong contract/finance management knowledge and risk awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract progress payment claims, variations and final accounts.
• Manage contractual claims and final accounts with timely payment.
• Advise on contractual issues to delivery and management teams.
• Assist in monthly reports, registers and related records.
• Analyze cost information and report variances/trends.
• Support target cost estimation processes and value for money.
