Job summary

Intralink Wealth Management invites recent graduates to join the internal accounting and reporting team in Sydney CBD NSW or North Sydney NSW. You will help keep client investment records accurate, complete and up to date, with hands-on training from experienced colleagues.

No degree gatekeeping; you may have a degree in any discipline and we will teach you. Expect exposure to investment portfolios, tax reporting, and administration across the reporting cycle, with opportunities to improve

Qualifications

Recently completed or working towards a degree in any discipline. Business, finance, commerce, economics, maths and science welcome.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks at once.
Comfort with numbers and Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Process investment transactions and reconcile to brokers, investment records and source documents.
Prepare and review annual taxation reports.
Investigate discrepancies and liaise with stakeholders and clients.
Follow up missing information with clients, providers and external accountants.
Assist documents team with maintaining client investment records.
Keep systems and records up to date, including Class and other platforms.
Provide general administration across the reporting cycle, including BAS preparation and tax planning.
Suggest improvements to systems, workflows and processes.
