Aptus is hiring an experienced Structural Engineer to focus on forensic investigations from a fully remote setup across Queensland and beyond. You will inspect sites, assess causation, and prepare detailed forensic reports and repair packages for a national client base.

You will perform structural calculations, mentor junior staff, and contribute to high-quality outcomes with a strong emphasis on report clarity and accuracy.

Qualificações

• High-level written and verbal English communication is non-negotiable.
• Experience in forensic structural engineering is required.
• Must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and assess damage causation and defects across residential, commercial, and small-to-medium structures.
• Prepare clear, forensic-level causation reports, scopes of work and repair designs.
• Perform structural repair calculations using SpaceGass and Structural Toolkit.
• Mentor junior engineers across the national team.
