Job summary

Turium AI seeks a Graduate Systems Accountant to join the Turium ERP AI team. This role blends finance with technology, focusing on finance systems, ERP, data, and automation across enterprise and government projects.

You’ll work with finance teams, support ERP implementations, and help design and optimise finance structures, reports, and KPI dashboards, while learning how systems interact to support reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or near-completed in a relevant discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in accounting/finance/ERP systems/consulting/data.
• Foundational understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Improve finance processes, reporting, and operational workflows for enterprise/government clients.
• Support ERP implementation, migration, and finance transformation projects.
• Assist with financial system configuration, data validation, testing, and rollout activities.
• Analyse budgeting, forecasting, procurement, invoice management, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Design and maintain finance structures: COA, entities, ledgers, cost centres.
• Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and KPIs.
• Gather requirements from finance and operational stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with consulting, engineering, product, and delivery teams on ERP projects.
• Support user acceptance testing, system transition, onboarding, and change activities.
• Analyze data across finance, projects, portfolios, and operational reporting.
