Siemens Mobility in Australia invites recent graduates in Electrical Engineering to join our two-year graduate program starting February 2027. You'll gain real expertise with depth in a single team, strong mentoring, and clear contribution to business outcomes.

Our hybrid model enables 2–3 days work from home, with paid volunteering leave, up to 16 weeks parental leave, and a permanent position from day one. Eligibility requires Australian/NZ citizenship or permanent residency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with exposure to power systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Curiosity, initiative and interest in innovation and AI.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and engineering of medium and low voltage electrical systems for real-world infrastructure and industrial projects.
• Work with experienced engineers to translate requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Help prepare drawings, technical documents and project deliverables that keep projects moving.
• Learn how to select and verify key electrical components for safe, reliable system design.
• Collaborate with project, manufacturing and technical teams to progress from concept to delivery.
• Build your skills in a hands-on environment and contribute from day one.
