Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Power Systems Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong interest in renewable energy, electricity networks and power systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 24-month graduate development program.
• Learn from experienced Grid Connection and Power Systems professionals.
• Gain exposure to utility-scale wind, BESS and hybrid renewable energy projects.
• Develop an understanding of power systems, network connections and the National Electricity Market (NEM).
• Work with industry stakeholders including AEMO, network service providers and engineering consultants.
• Participate in technical studies, project development, commissioning and operational activities.
• Build the foundations for a long-term career in renewable energy and power systems.
