Job summary

Goldwind Australia invites ambitious graduates to join its two-year Graduate Program in Wind Energy, supporting development of wind farms, BESS, and renewable projects from early site identification through to construction readiness.

Participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship from senior developers, and exposure to environmental, planning, technical, commercial and community considerations to establish a long-term career in renewable energy project development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master-level degree in a STEM or related discipline with a passion for renewable energy.
• Interest in renewable energy project development and infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of wind energy projects from early site identification through to construction readiness.
• Assist with planning approvals, stakeholder engagement and project development activities.
• Collaborate with landowners, consultants, government agencies, community stakeholders, engineers and project teams.
