Goldwind Australia is offering a two-year Graduate Program within our Development Team to support renewable energy project development from early-stage site identification through to construction readiness.

As a graduate, you will gain hands-on experience across wind farms, BESS and other projects, learn from experienced project developers, and build the foundations for a long-term career in renewable energy development.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, Planning, Geography, Property, Sustainability, or related field.
• Interest in renewable energy project development and infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic project environment.

Aufgaben

• Participate in a structured 24-month graduate development program.
• Learn from experienced Project Developers and renewable energy professionals.
• Gain exposure to the full renewable energy project development lifecycle.
• Assist with site identification, feasibility assessments, planning approvals, stakeholder engagement, and project development activities.
• Work closely with landowners, consultants, government agencies, community stakeholders, engineers, and project teams.
• Develop an understanding of environmental, planning, technical, commercial, and community considerations involved in renewable energy development.
• Build the foundations for a long-term career in renewable energy project development.
