Phocas Software is seeking a Graduate Designer to join the brand team on a one-year fixed term contract. You will contribute to the AI-enabled brand system, creating templates, prompts, and assets while learning how a scalable brand framework is built.

You’ll produce production-ready creative for major campaigns, digital ads, pages, emails and events, and help organise our asset library for easy self-service across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong design craft: typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy, with a portfolio.
• Genuine curiosity about generative AI tools, with hands-on testing and documentation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; motion/video skills are a bonus.
• Clear communication, coachability and ability to juggle several tasks without compromising quality.

Responsabilités

• Support build phase of AI-enabled brand system, including templates and prompts.
• Produce production-ready creative for campaigns, product launches, ads and pages.
• Maintain and organize the asset library for self-service by teams.
