Phocas is seeking a Graduate Designer to join our brand team on a one-year fixed term contract. You’ll learn AI-enabled brand systems, templates, and generative workflows while producing production-ready creative for campaigns and product launches.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, you’ll build a reusable library of assets, collaborate across teams, and grow your commercial design craft in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

• Strong design craft with portfolio.
• Genuine curiosity about generative AI tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; motion skills a bonus.
• Clear communication and ability to juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing quality.

Mansioni

• Build templates, prompt libraries, and generative workflows for AI-enabled brand systems.
• Produce production-ready creative for major campaigns and product launches (digital ads, pages, emails, etc.).
• Organise and maintain the asset library for self-serve access across the business.
