Job summary

Vogue Dental Studios is seeking a full-time Graduate Dentist for our North Sydney studio. This mentorship-first role places you alongside our Principal Dentist to build skills in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry from day one.

You will develop a patient book across comprehensive general dentistry while observing and contributing to cosmetic cases, supported by a highly digital workflow and a team across Melbourne, Sydney and Gold Coast clinics.

Qualifications

• Recent dentistry graduate or within two years of graduation.
• AHPRA registered with full working rights in Australia.
• Willing to learn and be mentored in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Provide examinations, restorations, endodontics, extractions and preventive care in general dentistry.
• Observe, assist with, and progressively contribute to cosmetic and reconstructive work.

Are you a recent graduate looking to build a career in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry, with strong roots in comprehensive general dentistry?

Vogue Dental Studios is seeking a Full time Graduate Dentist to join our North Sydney studio. This is a mentorship-first role for one graduate, not a chair to fill, and you will be working directly alongside our Principal Dentist, Dr. Betty Matthews, who brings 25 years of experience in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry.

About the role

Our North Sydney studio sits in the busy hub of North Sydney with close amenities and strong foot traffic, which means busy books from early on. You will receive a thorough orientation and onboarding so you understand the Vogue Dental Studios philosophy of creating and supporting restorative dentistry.

We will help you with building your own book across comprehensive general dentistry: examinations, restorative, endodontics, extractions and preventive care. Alongside that, you will observe, assist with and progressively contribute to the cosmetic and reconstructive work we are known for.

This role is for you if you are

• AHPRA registered with full working rights in Australia
• A recent graduate, or within two years of graduation
• Clinically confident across general dentistry, and honest about where you are not yet confident

• Genuinely interested in a long-term career in cosmetic and comprehensive dentistry
• Committed to ongoing professional development and to exceeding patient expectations
