Job summary

Dental Lounge is recruiting a Cosmetic Registrar to train directly under Dr Gamer Verdian in cosmetic dentistry, implantology and full mouth rehabilitation. This is a salaried 24-month registrar program with high case volume, daily mentorship, and a progressive path from assisting to operating.

You will be beside the surgeon in surgery, planning sessions, and the lab, gaining access to Digital Smile Design and CBCT technology as part of a proactive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in general dentistry.
• AHPRA registration and full working rights in Australia.
• Real interest in cosmetic and restorative work; coachability.
• Excellent communication skills for life-changing decisions.
• Attitude and trajectory matter more than CV.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on mentorship in cosmetic, restorative dentistry, implantology and full‑mouth rehabilitation.
• Develop prosthetically driven treatment planning using digital workflows and Digital Smile Design.
• Work with experienced oral surgeons and cosmetic dentists in complex case discussions and planning.
• Participate in continuing education courses, workshops, and live patient training (clinic‑sponsored).
• Pathway to senior dentist, lead dentist and principal opportunities.

Most dentists who want to do cosmetic work learn it in pieces. A course here, a case there, years of hoping the right patient walks in. This is the other way.

Dental Lounge is recruiting one Cosmetic Registrar to train directly under Dr Gamer Verdian in cosmetic dentistry, implantology and full mouth rehabilitation. The model is the registrar model – a salaried position for 24 months, high case volume, daily mentorship, and a deliberate progression from assisting to operating. You are being trained to become one of the best cosmetic dentists in the country.

Dr Gamer Verdian has built his career around full arch and full mouth work, and around teaching it. He is relentless about the detail most clinicians never learn to see. What sets the programme apart is the access. You will be beside him in surgery, in planning sessions, and in the lab.

• This is a training role akin to a hospital surgical registrar. As such it is salaried for the first 24 months.
