Job summary

The Physio Co. is seeking a warm, purpose-driven Graduate Community Physiotherapist to join our Sydney team in a part-time capacity, delivering services across Mosman and the Northern Beaches.

You’ll help clients aged 70+ stay active and independent, with extensive mentoring and a supportive team to back you up. You'll assess and treat clients in their homes, create personalised care plans and track improvements in balance, strength and mobility.

Qualifications

• Physiotherapy degree and current AHPRA registration by start date.
• Availability to work 3–4 days per week.
• Based in or near Mosman and the Northern Beaches.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a car.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Effective time management.
• Warm, empathetic and client-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their homes and retirement villages to stay active and independent.
• Assess and treat clients in their homes with personalised care plans.
• Get to know clients to understand what matters most to them and set meaningful goals.
• Provide encouragement, build confidence and celebrate progress with clients.
• Work with your team through onboarding, shadowing and ongoing mentoring.
