Job summary

Your Health Your Way in Sydney is seeking a Physiotherapist new graduates/juniors for in-home care focused on mobility, strength and falls prevention. Deliver personalised sessions to older adults in their homes on the Northern Beaches and North Shore, with mentoring and flexible hours.

Join a small, family-run team offering weekly mentoring with senior physiotherapists, PD, and opportunities to grow into management while making a real community impact through high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with team support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physiotherapy focused on mobility, strength, falls prevention and pain management.
• Create personalised home exercise programs.
• Conduct thorough initial and follow-up assessments.
• Work collaboratively with families, GPs, carers and coordinators.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infection control practices.

What does a day look like?

• Deliver in-home physiotherapy focused on mobility, strength, falls prevention & pain management.
• Create personalised home exercise programs.
• Conduct thorough initial and follow-up assessments.
• Work collaboratively with families, GPs, carers & coordinators.
• Recommend aids/equipment and provide ongoing progress reports.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow best-practice infection control.
• Enjoying a manageable caseload — with an average of 8 clients per day.
• Being paid for note and report writing time at the end of each day.

What You’ll Need

• AHPRA registration (Physiotherapist).
• Strong communication & clinical reasoning.
• Confidence working independently (with team support!)
• Passion for helping older adults and people with disabilities.
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• A warm, kind approach and interest in growing your skills.
