Job summary

Vitality Club is seeking a Physiotherapist to work in the community, visiting clients in their homes across Sydney. This full-time role focuses on helping older people move better, stay independent, and reduce falls risk, outside of clinic settings.

You’ll collaborate with Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, and Case Managers to deliver practical, personalised care that aligns with client goals. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registered Physiotherapist (or close to registration).
• Passionate about helping older people stay independent and active.
• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously but knows when to ask for support.
• Brings warmth, curiosity, and initiative into their work.
• Follows through — you take ownership of your clients and your outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home and community-based physiotherapy interventions across Sydney
• Conduct mobility, balance, pain, falls risk, and functional assessments
• Develop and review treatment plans aligned with client goals
• Prescribe and progress exercise and mobility programs
• Complete clinical documentation and reports in a timely manner
• Collaborate with GPs, Case Managers, and Allied Health team members
• Work across CHSP and Support at Home programs
• Contribute to team learning, knowledge-sharing, and ongoing development
