Job summary

Right at Home in Sydney Ryde Region is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our team, delivering community-based care across Ryde to Gordon and Eastwood to Lane Cove. You will assess mobility, implement exercise therapy and provide clinical care to support independence for seniors and adults with disabilities.

Casual roles with a view to permanent part-time are offered; applicants must hold AHPRA registration, police checks, First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver’s license with their own car.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Current National Police Check & Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• At least one year’s experience in community-based physiotherapy or hospital setting desirable.
• Current unrestricted driver’s licence and your own well-maintained car.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mobility assessments, exercise therapy and pain management.
• Providing clinical care to clients to maximise functional capacity, achieve goals and optimise health, function and independence long term.
