Job summary

Renewable Careers Limited in Melbourne offers a two-year, full-time rotation program across Development, Engineering & Construction, and Finance & Asset Management. You will rotate every eight months, join each team as a full contributor, and gain a broad view of the clean energy business.

The program provides a permanent placement on completion, hybrid working from Melbourne, relocation support, and mentoring with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated interest in clean energy and decarbonisation
• Strong analytical skills with data, spreadsheets and new tools
• Clear communication and ability to work across the business
• Adaptability for three rotations and new teams
• Right to work in Australia
• No prior energy experience required; aptitude and attitude valued

Responsibilities

• Join each team as a full contributor with real deliverables from week one
• Support live projects through analysis, modelling, applications, technical reviews and site visits
• Present work to senior leadership after each rotation
• Learn from experienced developers, engineers and financiers with a mentor
• Build cross-functional fluency to accelerate career progression
