Job summary

Infrastructure Business Growth Pty Ltd in Maroochydore, QLD, is seeking a Graduate - Civils to develop practical civil-construction capability while supporting engineering, quality and production activities across multiple work fronts.

The successful candidate will recently complete or be near completion of a bachelor’s degree in civil or construction engineering, hold a construction induction card or be able to obtain it before mobilisation, and be willing to relocate within Australia.

• Current construction induction card or ability to obtain before mobilisation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with work packs, site diaries, quantity tracking, inspections, red-lines and completion records.
• Review drawings and specifications and raise questions through the supervising engineer.
• Support survey, materials, permits, service investigations and quality hold points.
• Participate in pre-starts, risk reviews and field observations.
• Complete agreed rotations, training and competency objectives.

A major transport infrastructure project (valued at more than $1 billion) is underway across South East Queensland, delivering complex rail, station and civil works. Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a Graduate - Civils to develop practical civil-construction capability while supporting engineering, quality and production activities across multiple work fronts.

Key Responsibilities
