Job summary

Goldsmith Civil and Environmental is seeking a Graduate Site Engineer to support site operations across Melbourne-area project sites. The role involves QA documentation, ITPs, and coordinating testing with the project team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer a document control system for QA requirements.
• Create QA documentation such as ITPs and checklists, coordinate hold point inspections.
• Coordinate geotechnical and geosynthetic testing with project team.
• Maintain daily site diaries and monitor daily costs and production figures.
• Keep permits, drawings and specifications up to date and distributed to the team.
• Assist with GPS surveying, set-out and updating CAD files (training provided).
• Review supplier and subcontractor invoices, assist with monthly claims and variations.
• Contribute to work planning with two-week look-ahead resource schedules.
• Participate in site safety and environmental inspections and help prepare SWMS.
• Attend project meetings, take minutes and follow up on actions.
• Promote Goldsmith's values and culture within the project team.

We are seeking a Graduate Site Engineer to join our team. This is a site-based role, working across project sites in and around Melbourne, so travel between sites will be required.

About the Role

Your initial responsibilities will include:
