Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and have experience with Australian land development projects, strong planning skills, and excellent communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience on Australian land development projects (subdivisions).
• Strong planning, budgeting and scheduling capabilities.
• Good communication across site and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of company systems and policies.
• Develop work schedules and track construction progress.
• Monitor costs against budget and improve efficiencies.
• Ensure quality aligns with client expectations and standards.
• Provide engineering support to on-site supervision.
• Represent the Golding brand with clients and consultants.
